“Saints
Murdering Saints”
December 16, 2009
The
Church has become like Saul of Tarsus
(Paul prior to his conversion)
Like Saul, we have stood on the
clothes (disrespect) of the “righteous” wittinessed against them while our
brothers have thrown down stones (our words) and murdered those of our own
household.
These six things doth the LORD
hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
A proud look, a lying
tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in
running to mischief,
A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord
among brethren.
Psalms 6:16-19
As bands of robbers lie in wait
for a man,
So the company of priests
(keep in mind, we are priests and kings)
murder
on the way to Shechem;
Surely they commit lewdness.
Hosea 6:8
“You have heard that it was
said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be
in danger of the judgment. But I say to you that whoever is angry with his
brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. Mat 5:21-22
The Word says, that we are to
have clean hands and a pure heart. Yet, the Spirit went further and said we do
not take the verse to its conclusion, the following might give us a better
understanding.
We are
to have Blameless Hands and Pure Motives!
Have you been speaking
critically or harshly to other Saints either to their face or to others about
them?
Have you sat and broken bread with other Saints and discussed the life of some
“poor wretched” believer?
Have you become critical, accusatory and presumptuous?
After all, your life is so well
in order and you have time to spare. Your wisdom is renowned!
Your ability to search the hearts of men and discern their intents, motives and
agendas is known by all.
You feel “called” of God to address these Saints who do not measure up to your
standards.
After all, their lives have
become such fodder for conversation and you just want everyone to know about the
situation “so they can be in prayer for this poor soul”?
Has your motivation been to help “them” become a better person?
You may
need to revert back to HS101,
God already has a Holy Spirit and He is Not you! He has not asked me to fill in
for Him during His vacation and
I would be astonished if He had made a similar request of you.
My
question to all of us, “what makes us blameless”?
How have we become so
self-righteous?
Have we forgotten that it is
the blood of Jesus who saves and keeps us? Without Him, we have no
righteousness!
Have we forgotten that with the
same measure of Grace we allow to others will be given back to us?
Every time we do these things,
we are putting the Blood of Jesus on trial!
We are saying that the Blood is not
as important as “my opinion”
We are saying that all the
trials and or failures of others (in our eyes) are just a sign that “they” are
neither living according to our standards nor meeting our expectations.
The Lord has been revealing to
me over the past several months the reason why He despises those who gossip and
slander others.
In you are men who slander
to cause bloodshed; in you are those who eat on the mountains;
in your midst they commit lewdness. Ezek 22:9
Gossip and Slander are directly associated with
the "spirit of Murder.
Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor, Him I will destroy;
The one who has a haughty (arrogant) look and a proud heart,
Him I will not endure. Psalms 101:5
"What is “unlawful” to do in the physical, the
Saints are doing with their tongues".
UPDATE:
The Spirit spoke one more point regarding this "gossip, slander and murdering
spirit,
If you sit and listen to one who is spewing out this poison, then you have
become a willing participant.
If
you do not have the courage to confront the one who is speaking these words then
get up and leave.
Do
not sit quietly by for by your silence, you have given your approval!
You have
become the one who (like Saul) is standing quietly by while others commit
murder.
The Lord has also revealed that this spirit of Murder reaches in to every church
and every denomination and every prayer group. It is widespread touching All of
the Five Fold and nearly every Saint sitting in the pews.
The absolute worst part, we (the believers) think we do it for all the right
reasons.
We have become Self-Righteous and have judged!
Some years back the Lord gave
me a dream. The dream began with my being in a courtroom and I was the
defendant. The judge was hearing my case. I knew I was innocent of the specific
charges and yet, here I was being accused of a crime that I did not commit.
I looked over to my far right and the jury/Saints were seated and also listening
to the case. As I searched their faces each one had a scowl on their face as if
to say they had already determined my guilt, and I said to the Judge, “Please
Judge/Lord, please do not let these Saints judge me. And I heard the Lord say,
“Then don’t you judge them”!
Since that day I have become
much more aware of what I have spoken directly to or about others. Am I still
guilty of this, yes absolutely, I am guilty and most probably so are you!
Shame on you, shame on me,
shame on us, the Church!
We have become a club of the
self-righteous who have forgotten that we all rely upon the Blood of Jesus. Like
Paul said to Peter, “what you could not accomplish through the Law, now you seek
to go back to the law after you have been saved through grace”?
In the last days, the Bible
states the following, For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money,
boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
unloving, unforgiving,
slanderers, without self-control. brutal, despisers of good, 2 Timothy 3:2-3
If you have excellent health,
then you are blessed of God! However some use this “gift” to promote their own
righteousness before others. Be very careful when you assume this attitude.
For this
is His Grace!
Perhaps you have been blessed
with a large loving family. Halleluiah, but
don’t assume that because another
Saint does not have those same loving relationships they are not as righteous as
you!
For this
is His Grace!
If you find yourself with the
same spouse over the course of your life, you are very blessed. In most cases it
has been a difficult journey for both of you but you persevered through the
doubtful times and you endured the impossible ones. But let me ask you have you
allowed that blessing to become your “self-righteous” idol? Don’t,
For this
is His Grace!
Perhaps you sit financially
well and look down on all the poor souls who struggle with their finances. I
have actually heard wealthy Saints call other Saints “stupid” because they were
not in better financial shape. Can you imagine, they call their own brothers and
sisters stupid because they are not as well off. Does not the word say that only
God gives man the ability to accumulate wealth?
For this
is His Grace!
There is not one thing you
possess that can not be removed by God in the twinkling of an eye, because all
that you have or ever hope to have is His Grace!
Could it possibly be.....
your
calling did not require you to lose everything that was precious in your sight?
The Lord spoke to me about 20 years ago saying,
“the higher the calling, the greater the
cleansing process”.
Later, He expanded my understanding to,
the higher the calling, the greater the
loss and
the greater the intensity of that loss”.
Or perhaps your Christian walk
was barely noticeable on the enemy’s radar screen. Possibly your witness as a
practicing believer in the midst of the Unbelievers was near non-existent?
Many times we do things to
ourselves; there is no denying that we set ourselves up for failure through poor
choices. We are all capable of this and hopefully we learn from our mistakes.
Yet to those who are called to a higher calling, those who are willing to stick
their necks out and make the statement, “Lord, whatever you need to change in
me, please do it and do it regardless of the cost involved.
Have you dared to ever make a prayerful request
such as this?
While yes, we do make wrong
choices, the enemy of our soul also schemes and sets ambushes for the righteous.
The enemy has viewed men for thousands of years and knows if he can destroy the
ones who are called, especially the five fold ministers, he can disillusion the
rest. Why would the enemy waste his demonic horde cutting down one who is making
little headway in his own personal walk?
Knowing the Word states that
when chastisement comes, it will begin in the house of God. In Ezekiel we read
that some of the religious leaders were sitting in Ezekiel’s house and the Lord
gave him a vision. Ezekiel was taken in to the homes of some of the religious
men sitting with him and they and their wives were worshipping idols in the
secrecy of their own homes.
The retribution may have been a long time coming but when this happened an angel
of the Lord came and his first assignment was to go and cleanse the house of God
and some of the men (who had left the house) were killed outside in the street.
Judgment
is coming to the House of God!
The Word says, “They will know
you are mine because of your love for one another”.
We are missing the mark. The
church in her “current state” is a dying church, Thank God!
When devastation comes and it is about to fall,
it will destroy the pitiful
remainder of a powerless church.
Do I sound angry? Yes, I hope
so and you should be too!
We have so corrupted with our “Mouths” what Jesus did for the Church. It does
not just make me angry but it breaks my heart and if you have any love for Jesus
who saved you, your heart should be breaking as well.
There is little doubt that all of Heaven looks down upon a lifeless church who
spends her time gossiping, slandering and murdering each other. The enemy is
smiling; he has skillfully maneuvered us in to a place of great deception.
We have our false gods of
self-righteousness! In many cases we have used the very blessings of God to tell
“others” they are such a mess and they don’t measure up. We have volunteered
ourselves in to a place that God has NOT called us. We have been busy beating up
the Saints instead of bandaging them. We have been actively promoting gossip
instead of applying Grace. We have discounted “The Blood of Christ” and drawn
the blood of many by the sword of our mouth.
If any unbeliever actually knew
the inter-workings of today’s church, he would have had to “slip off his
cracker” to have any desire to join our little social club of backbiting,
gossiping, slandering and murder.
Please do not tell me that the
Church has always been this way or that I would never do that yet we use our
tongues to steer a course to run over the innocent, for they are innocent
because their sin is under the Blood”!
The stench of this activity
alone is enough to sadden the heart of God. The Lord Jesus died for a Glorious
Church that has developed a near “mob mentality” and we have taken His grace for
granted. If we do not begin to repent and turn from this sin of Murdering our
brothers and sisters then it is only a matter of time before He will bring swift
and severe correction.
I pray that this article is
spread far and wide and touches and changes the hearts of all who read it. I
also pray that many believers will rise up and write similar articles that will
point out this sin and collectively the Holy Spirit will begin to reveal our sin
in greater measure and bring us into repentance so that the world may look at us
and know that,
”We are His because we have love for one another”.
