“The Greatest Healing Event”

February 14, 2021

Imagine, you and all those around you have endured such captivity and hardship and death. Where once your people had a bright future, now, only darkness greets your hope. What was once a blessing to your people in having the richest and most fertile ground in all of Egypt had now for 400 years, become your prison.

And suddenly after this long period, the Deliverer Moses comes and declares the Word of the Lord to Pharaoh to Let My People Go! Yet, all this achieves is to harden Pharaoh’s heart. Each time, a new plague comes upon the Egyptians, it supernaturally avoids the people of God.

With each new sign of the Lord, the hardship grows more harsh upon you and your brothers, the Israelites.

Until finally after much death and destruction to Egypt, one last plague will Pharaoh endure, the death of the first born including his own son.

During this time, the command of the Passover Lamb is given by the Lord and all who love and serve Him will obey this command. Moses gives direction to the people for this partaking of the Lamb all the while the Angel of death moves upon the Egyptians. Finally Pharaoh relents and tells Moses to go from him and take all his people and livestock with him.

This is a night where Holiness is closer than your hand! You are feeling the intense Presence of the Almighty in a way most unfamiliar to you. And though this feeling be it intangible, you know this night is special from all others.

The supper goes on well throughout the evening in all the houses. Each dwelling has had the Blood of the Lamb carefully painted on the lintel and doorposts keeping the inhabitants safe and alive throughout this night of death.  It had become late and even the excitement of leaving the next morning making it nearly impossible to stay awake and so now finally your eyes are closing or did an Angel come and give you sweet rest for the journey ahead.

For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Psalm 30:5

When you last remember closing your heavy eyes, in spite of knowing you were about to exit a life of hardships, all else seemed to be status quo. Certainly there were enormous concerns for how best to accommodate the young, the aged, those who had all sorts of diseases, illnesses, long term ailments.

Also because of the hardness of life and brutal working conditions, many had lost limbs, arms and legs and fingers and toes. Then too, so many were traumatized for beatings so their emotional state was raw. And even the mindset was one of a slave and certainly not a free man.

Many were weak from little food and the list continues. How were these people ever going to have the strength or even the determination to travel through the harsh terrain of the desert without provision. I am sure the questions on each Israelite’s heart were without end.

Pause the story…..

So many years ago I asked the Lord, “Why Lord would you knowingly take your most prized possession, your own family Israel, into what would later turn into 400 years of captivity?”

I heard the Lord say, “How many went into Egypt?” and I responded about 70. Then the Lord said, “How many came out of Egypt?” And I said 600,000 men not including the women and children. Then the Lord said,

“They entered in as a family but
they came out as a Nation.

In the midst of Affliction,
there is Great Blessing!”

The numbers given by many historians for the great Exodus was about 2.5 to 3 million however with the large families of that day, this is surely a very low number. Looking at Exodus 1: 9-12

And he said unto his people, Behold, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we:

10 Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and so get them up out of the land.

11 Therefore they did set over them taskmasters to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh treasure cities, Pithom and Raamses.
12 But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew. And they were grieved because of the children of Israel.

So from the above verses, it is clear that the population of the Israelites were prolific and they were beginning to outnumber the Egyptians causing them great fear.

Back to our story…

As they slept a few precious hours before the dawn…

Something quite unexpected, who had ever heard of such a thing? No one has experienced anything like this!
How did this happen?

Healing had caught up And overcome the Israelites!

Joy began to break forth among all the people like that of a mighty dam which had held back the blessings of God…

Until the appointed time!

Yesterday, we had the sick among us and the lame and the aged, the frail and weak but now, Now
“Not one sick person is among us!
How can this be?

He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and
there was not one feeble person among their tribes. Psalm 105:37

Imagine dear ones, you have elderly parents, a child who has major health issues, your spouse has heart issues. All of these “captivities” are gone! They have simply disappeared and now your entire family is restored to complete health and JOY is now your Song!

You see, the only way any of this could have possibly have happened was that a massive Healing event had taken place! There is no other explanation for this, only a Merciful God who loves and cares for you could have done such a thing!

Dear Ones,

Back in 2009 I began to have revelational understanding that one day this very thing that overtook God’s people will one day soon come in even a greater fashion!

We may simply be sleeping or standing in your kitchen or you may well be in the midst of your worship of Him and “His suddenly” will overtake you with divine health. Every issue you have struggled perhaps all your life will be addressed and fully healed. Nothing will escape His attention.

Is there any wonder that there was such incredible Joy when the Israelites moved out of the land of Goshen?

It was not just that they had been delivered from captivity, but they had also been healed from ALL of their sickness and disease. And in addition, they had received their stimulus checks for their labors before leaving the wickedness of their captors behind.

We are about to encounter the great and awesome Glory of the Lord in such a way that overwhelming Joy will covers us. In His presence, there is fullness of Joy. Great repentance will fall and where His presence dwells, sin and sickness must flee. Our minds will be renewed, old trauma will flee and healthy emotions will rise and be seen as a light in the window, Arise and Shine for the Glory of the Lord is upon you!

All of these “too wonderful” events are coming, do not allow the enemy to steal your joy. While some things look rather ominous at this moment, it is only the very short pause before a major reset and the beauty of the day.

We dear Saints will experience the as yet, unknowable, the unfathomable, the impossible, the unbelievable and Joy will fill us to overflowing!

Blessings to you and your house,
Steve Grable
